KZCoins reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if it suspects that any information provided during the registration process is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

User Conduct a. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. b. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform. c. You agree not to use the Platform to conduct any illegal activity or to promote, facilitate, or engage in any illegal activities. d. You agree not to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Trading and Transactions a. KZCoins acts as a platform for users to trade Cryptocurrencies with each other. KZCoins does not act as a buyer or seller in any transactions conducted through the Platform. b. Users are solely responsible for the decisions they make regarding buying, selling, or trading Cryptocurrencies. KZCoins does not provide investment advice and shall not be liable for any investment decisions made by users. c. KZCoins reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account or transaction that it believes, in its sole discretion, may violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.

Fees a. KZCoins may charge fees for certain transactions conducted through the Platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to completing the transaction. b. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Platform, including any applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property a. All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of KZCoins or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. b. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without the express written permission of KZCoins.

Disclaimer of Warranties a. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. b. KZCoins does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. c. KZCoins disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability a. In no event shall KZCoins, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. b. KZCoins' total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to KZCoins during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KZCoins, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

Termination KZCoins reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in Texas United States in accordance with the governing rules of arbitration.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KZCoins regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings between you and KZCoins.
